Leadership

Citizens is led by a team of elders. All elders have walked through a theological, marital, and character assessment, regardless of their previous position or title prior to serving at Citizens. Our elders are responsible for all decisions relating to theology, shepherding, and vision. Deacons are elder appointed volunteers who serve Citizen Church by leading larger areas of ministry. Staff serve to equip the people in the church to do the mission that God has called it to.
