Jesus: Like No Other - Hebrews

HEBREWS 1:1-2:4

Hebrews begins with a bang. The author challenges the audience to see Jesus for who he really is, the God of the universe that is better than angels and someone we must pay closer attention to.

QUESTIONS FOR DISCUSSION

“Christ, Buddha, Muhammad, they’re all the same.” someone tells you. What do you say?

What is so significant about the phrase “he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high”?

How should this truth affect your daily life?

How does the word “Therefore” in 2:1 connect the warning to chapter 1?

How do you practically “pay much closer attention to what [you] have heard,”?
