QUESTIONS


It can be easy to delight in enjoyable hobbies or being with friends and family. Why then is it important to be able to delight in the law of the Lord?


In verse 1, the progression into the ungodly way of life is referred to with the words walk, stand and sit. How would you explain that progression in other words? At which point in the progression do you find it most difficult to change the way you’re going?


How do you stay “planted by streams of water” so that you grow like a fruitful tree rather than get easily blown away like chaff?


How can we help keep one another from progressing into the way of the wicked?


Can you think of a time when you encouraged someone (or received encouragement) to continue in the way of righteousness?
