Be Who You Are - Ephesians
What are some practical examples of how it would look to “walk in love” during an average day at your job, in your home, or in your neighbourhood?
Read verses 3 through 14 and list the things that should be done as part of the new life.
What leads a believer to become a “sleeper” (verse 14)? Have you ever had a time in your Christian life where you were “asleep”? How did you get out of that condition?
What things are listed as part of a life of wisdom (verses 15-21)?
For what purpose should we make the best use of the time (verse 16)? Consider verses 15-16 in light of Galatians 6:10, which translates the same word for “the time” as “opportunity.”
Do you understand what the will of the Lord is (verse 17)? Look back through the previous chapters of Ephesians and make a list of the actions and characteristics of a believer living according to God’s will.
